A pool, a summer day, a starting point.
In early June 2016, Der Neue Wiesentbote announces a Splashdiving day at CabrioSol in Pegnitz. The proposed programme combines a workshop, a Local Hero Cup and a national-team show: a chance to discover the sport, take part and watch experienced athletes. Participation needs a framework.
The historical announcement permits participation from age twelve and requires parental consent for minors. Those are conditions of that particular event, not blanket present-day permission to attempt any jump. A pool's current offer depends on facilities, supervision and its specific event concept. Back to the region.
The preview also identifies the 2003 Pecklaman Cup at Bayreuth's Kreuzsteinbad as an early starting point. A local event announcement thus connects a touring idea with its roots. For 2016, this source establishes an announcement, not subsequent results or a verified account of the day. Regionale Veranstaltungsvorschau · Der Neue Wiesentbote · 02.06.2016 ↗
