responsibly.

The bravest moment is not always take-off. Sometimes it is choosing to practise again or not to dive today.

01 / SPLASHDIVING

A picture is not permission.

Our archives show experienced athletes and historic performances. What you see is neither instruction nor a promise that a movement suits your ability or a particular facility.

Use only approved areas and check the conditions with the responsible operator and qualified guidance. Unknown water and closed facilities are not training locations.

Your ability sets the pace.

An appropriate group, clear agreements and the right to sit out belong in a good training session. No comparison and no camera justify pressure.

Local requirements, qualified supervision and rescue arrangements come first. A public chart of diving positions does not replace them.

For school and training.

The Bielefeld school-sport handout connects Splashdiving with appropriate difficulty, teamwork and safety rules. It is a specific teaching example, not blanket permission for every group or pool. (Bielefeld University · school sport)

Our school and coach pages help you identify the next appropriate professional contact. An enquiry is not a confirmed course.
