FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR POOLS

Your pool.
Your splash.

Your own fun competition. Around five hours of programme. With the original from SPLASHDIVING International and your own team on site.

Whether 1 m, 3 m, 5 m, 7.5 m or 10 m: pools with a suitable diving facility can offer splashdiving as a sport. You do not need all heights. The responsible operator decides which facilities, jumps and participants are permitted, subject to local requirements.

THE REQUIRED STARTER PACKAGE

One package.
A shared framework.

To run your own Splashdiving fun competition, your pool needs our original Jump Chart and four Splashdiving scoring boards in book format. This is the only required purchase from SPLASHDIVING International for the self-run format described here.

  • The original Splashdiving Jump Chart.
  • Four Splashdiving scoring boards in book format for the jury.
  • Access to the protected rulebook area and its intended event-building resources.
  • Planned digital competition support: SPLASHDIVING MATCHDESK.

No additional format licence fee is envisaged for this format. The pool’s own operating, staffing, safety and event costs are not included.

YOUR TEAM TAKES THE LEAD

From an idea
to your own pool competition.

01

Check your setting.

Define facilities, permitted heights, participants, date and capacity. Local approval, qualified supervision and rescue arrangements must be established.

02

Receive materials and access.

First confirm which materials and access can be supplied for your intended date. The Jump Chart and scoring books make up the described starter package. Event documents, access to the protected rulebook area and digital tools should be included in your plans only after their availability has been expressly confirmed. Your team still needs to prepare participant registration, jury staffing and the event schedule.

03

Run your own event.

Your pool organises and is responsible for the competition. Around five hours is the intended event window; preparation and site-specific safety planning take place beforehand.

THE PLANNED COMPETITION SOFTWARE

SPLASHDIVING MATCHDESK

Your team’s digital competition desk: intended for start lists, recording jury scores and a transparent results overview. Approved features and the applicable scoring system will be documented with each software version.

An Excel-based spreadsheet currently provides the organisational starting point. SPLASHDIVING MATCHDESK is planned as a new, dedicated application building on this practical basis; it is not yet a released product. Features, availability and the scope of supplied materials will be agreed before a specific project is commissioned. The application does not replace a responsible jury, operator permission, supervision or safety planning.

FOR POOLS AND BRANDS · PLANNED FOR 2027

One board.
A summer of presence.

The planned Jump Chart Tour combines the original chart with a brand on a board measuring approximately 100 × 80 cm, in landscape or portrait format. Each receives half the space. The original sporting chart remains unchanged and clearly separated from the advertising.

The target is 200 boards in 200 pools, with a planned display period from 15 May to 10 September 2027. That means 200 placements, not 200 events. No advertising partner or participating pool is being announced here as confirmed.

A brand partner would finance the boards so participating pools could receive the advertising board free of charge. Funding, pool selection, installation and display arrangements must first be agreed. This is separate from the €450 net starter package for a pool’s own competition, which includes the Jump Chart and four scoring books.

Choose the right setting.

Region, audience, suitable facilities and an agreed display position guide the selection. The operator approves installation without obstructing supervision, escape routes or required safety signage.

Add the right experience.

Kiosk links, sampling, a show or competition support can be planned separately, subject to operator approval. Scope, responsibilities and programme come first; an individual quotation follows.

Tell the story beyond the day.

Announcements before the event, agreed photo and video production on site, and edited highlights afterwards can form a separate content package. Deliverables and usage rights are defined in the commission.

Installation photographs, display checks and agreed reporting can document delivery. Visits to a pool are not the same as advertising views; attention, social reach and independent editorial coverage are not guaranteed. Event safety remains subject to local approval and clear contractual responsibilities.

CLEAR ROLES. CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES.

Your event.
Your responsibility.

For a self-run competition, the pool is the organiser. It is responsible for local permissions, supervision and rescue arrangements, safety and emergency planning, required insurance, participant management and event delivery. A platform height or a Jump Chart is not permission to jump.

Providing materials, programme templates and software does not make Oliver Hillebrecht, SPLASHDIVING International or Universal Brands the organiser or co-organiser of the self-run event. Responsibility is not assumed for event-organiser services independently undertaken by the pool.

Statutory liability and claims that cannot validly be excluded remain unaffected, including liability for our own fault where provided by law. Where additional services are commissioned, the contract defines tasks and responsibilities. This overview is not legal advice or a site-specific safety assessment.
