Four finds from beside the pool.
Sometimes four pictures are enough to bring a summer closer: yellow glasses, bright red, a banner held between people and a surface that is no longer still.
People first.
The camera is close enough for the small details: the fabric of a scarf, yellow glasses, tousled hair. These are pictures in which you notice the people before the sport.
Then the banner: four people close together, the Splashdiving emblem in front of them. The photographs come from different days between May and June 2009. A shared archive makes room for these quieter moments, too.

Then movement again.
The fourth photograph returns to the water. The surface breaks in the foreground; people sit and stand along the opposite edge. The view reaches from the splash to the spectators.
The archive keeps both views side by side: faces close up and the movement in the pool. If you knew Splashdiving in those years, you may find more than a dive here: a familiar face, a banner you remember, a small part of a summer.
