BeSomeBody. Giving an idea a face.
A portrait, a blue wordmark and a tour proposal for the following summer. The 2014 archive also records the work behind the public appearance.
The person behind the design.

No tower, no flight, no splash. Oliver Hillebrecht looks into the camera in a black-and-white portrait. A hoodie, a blurred background and a direct expression give this selection a quieter beginning.
Oliver is Splashdiving’s founder and designer. This photograph belongs here by its camera date, 27 June 2014, although the file was recovered from the later 2015 collection. Its copyright notice names Neyshtadt Pavel.
Two words in blue.

A cyan circle, white letters and a word that carries on beyond the circle’s edge. “BeSomeBody” has room to breathe. The lettering is not a photograph of an event; it is an original piece of the brand’s visual work from 2014.
The contemporary tour proposal connects that phrase with individual expression and a personal sense of achievement. It gives us something more concrete than a retrospective slogan: a surviving concept that can still be read alongside the artwork.
A proposal for the next summer.

The presentation titled “BeSomeBody Tour 2015”, filed with an 18 October 2014 date, combines live competitions, a proposed final in Sindelfingen and communication through photographs, films and social platforms. The logo places the proposed season, 2015, inside a ring of water.
These were plans. The artwork does not establish that every proposed stop, partnership or media appearance happened. What it preserves is the attempt to give the sport a recognisable setting before a visitor arrived at the pool.
Behind that setting are different kinds of work: sporting performance, organisation and design. This archive keeps them together without pretending that a presentation is a results list.
