Four portraits, one September day.
No platform in the frame, no spray. A lake, trees and four looks towards the camera. These pictures leave a little space around the people.

At eye level.
Sports photography often follows a body through the air. Here, the camera stays at eye level. The water lies behind the people rather than below them, and the trees become part of the picture.
A little more room.
The setting does not need much explanation. A shirt, a stance, a look towards the lens: the small differences are enough. Beside the diving pictures, these portraits give the archive another pace.
